The law office of Sandi Pellikaan is located in North Portland in the historic Gotham Building, along the North/South Yellow Tri-Met Max line. The street address is: Gotham Building, Suite 172, 2256 N. Albina Avenue, Portland, OR 97227.

The Gotham Building is located where Albina Ave. meets Interstate Avenue, between the Broadway and Fremont bridges, along the Max line heading north. That’s two blocks South of Widmer Brewing Company and McMenamins White Eagle. The locale is very close to downtown Portland and the Pearl District. The Gotham building is a 100 year old building that underwent a major renovation over four years, and now is a great center of businesses.

From I-5 North Bound

Take exit 302A (Rose Quarter/Broadway) and turn left onto Broadway. At the last right hand turn before the Broadway Bridge, take a right on Larrabee. Follow Larrabee for about a block and you will come to a light. Go through that light and you will be on N. Interstate. Follow N. Interstate for a half a mile north and take a right on to Albina. 

From I-5 South Bound

Take exit 302A (Rose Quarter/City Center) and turn right on Broadway. At the last right hand turn before the Broadway Bridge, take a right on Larrabee. Follow Larrabee about a block and you will come to a light. Go through the light and you will be on N. Interstate. Follow N. Interstate for a half a mile north and take a right on to Albina. 

From I-405 North Bound/Fremont Bridge

Take the Kerby St. exit, turn right onto N. Kerby. Turn right onto N. Russell. Follow Russell to Albina. Turn left on Albina until you come to N. Interstate Ave.

From Broadway Bridge Eastbound (from Downtown)

Take the first right after crossing the bridge. At the stop sign take a right on to N. Interstate. Follow N. Interstate for a half a mile north and take a right on to Albina.

From Swan Island

Take N. Channel Ave to N. Going St and follow until the Greeley Ave southbound ramp. Merge onto N. Greeley Ave. Follow until reaching N. Interstate Ave. Take a right onto N. Interstate Ave. Continue until reaching Albina. Turn left at the stop light at Albina and N. Interstate Ave.

Take Interstate MAX (Yellow Line) to the Albina / Mississippi station.
